Mr. Steiner has been the leading executive of The Fairchild Corporation since 1985. He is a prominent figure in the world, and a man of many faces. Eric graduated as a medical doctor, then earned his MBA from Insead in France, prior to settling in the U.S. Eric, his wife and four children have a home in Virginia. Mr. Steiner’s eldest daughter, Natalia, who had also been active in The Fairchild Corporation, is married to Philippe Hercot, a Harvard Business School graduate. Natalia, Philippe and their two children have a home in Paris, France. Mr. Steiner’s son, Benjamin, will graduate from George Washington Business School in 2008. Benjamin balances his college studies with extracurricular work, allowing him to earn additional business experience, notably in investment banking in London. Mr. Jeffrey Steiner’s youngest daughter, Alexandra, works and resides in London. Mr. Steiner’s adopted son, Thierry, originally from Cameroon, joined the family when he was a baby, after the death of his birth mother. Thierry has studied in both the U.S. and France. He graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont, and presently resides in France.
